Eatraveli Home LLC is a short-term rental property management company operating across California and Georgia, USA. We manage short-term rental properties and coordinate guest stays, cleaning, and maintenance services on behalf of property owners.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Guests can typically expect 2–5 messages per reservation.

Msg & data rates may apply. Message and data rates from your wireless carrier are your responsibility.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message after opting out.

3. Eligibility

4. Bookings and Reservations

Reservations for our managed properties are made through third-party booking platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Lodgify (and in the future, Hostaway). Bookings made through these platforms are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those platforms, in addition to these Terms.

By making a reservation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete booking information
• Comply with property-specific house rules
• Pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges
• Treat the property and surrounding community with respect

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the booking platform through which your reservation was made (Airbnb, VRBO, Lodgify, etc.). Please refer to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.

6. Property Rules and Guest Conduct

Each property may have specific house rules (e.g., no smoking, no parties, quiet hours, occupancy limits). You agree to comply with all property-specific rules, which will be communicated to you before or upon check-in.

You are responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your guests during your stay.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, branding) is the property of Eatraveli Home LLC or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eatraveli Home LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, our website, or our SMS program.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim.

Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
